DESIGN

Constellate eliminates downtime by managing identical, redundant servers in our geographically diverse Data Centers. Using load balancing standards, traffic is allocated based on pre-established thresholds and automatic network monitoring.

IMPLEMENT

Vertical IT systems are susceptible to a single disaster, outage, or failure. Constellate designs horizontal Dedicated Server architecture with geographically balanced loads to guarantee uptime.
In normal circumstances, the primary server(s) handles all requests, but in the case of an interruption, the failover server(s) begin serving all content. To ensure the failover servers have identical content, user, web, and database content is copied at regular intervals over Constellate’s private-path bandwidth service. Private-path Gigabit transport is the most efficient method of data replication and effectively minimizes data loss.
