The managed services and monitoring contract is designed for the customer’s specific hardware, application and service needs. The solution as a whole is considered to ensure that Constellate engineers fully support the needs of the business. Once both parties are comfortable with the equipment and service design, Constellate takes over as the responsible party for the customer’s entire IT operation housed within the Constellate facility.

IMPLEMENT

All customer hardware is placed into the production colocation facility according to the design, tested and monitoring points are set up, ensuring Constellate’s care for your Managed Colocation solution. Application management is available with an SLA to guarantee availability for your critical business functions.

MANAGE

A team of experts in networking, security, hardware, software and technical design handles day-to-day management of the infrastructure. Healing Hands technical experts are onsite at all times for Constellate Managed Colocation accounts, ensuring that when immediate hands-on service is needed, someone is there in the Data Center, in front of the servers to perform the necessary service.
